Yes. It contains fish (tilapia) and tree nuts (coconut). It is made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts and shellfish.
No. The collagen is from fish, so this is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The gummy base is pectin rather than gelatin.
Yes. This contains a high dose of biotin, which can interfere with some laboratory blood tests. Mention it before any bloodwork. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a medical condition, check with them first.
